Conditioning for the season usually begins in February, while the track meets begin in March and alternate weekends through June. Qualifying athletes will continue through July.
Typically athletes will practice in their running shoes and gradually progress to "spikes" not "cleats", during the meets. Field events have their own specified shoes which are also optional.
Adult sets are available upon request
No. Quantum Track Club is an AAU sponsored travel team. Meets can range from as far south as Miami and as far north as Tampa.
Schedules are provided at the start of each season.
